Shipping and returns.

Have we made a mistake?

If you have received a faulty item, or an item which is different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of the date you received it.

Subject to the information below, all you need to do is to fill in the return form on the website, and we will send you an email with the information on how to return the product to us.

Please keep the package you received the product in so that it can be used when returning the product.

GingerHOUSE will pay for the shipping cost of returning the faulty item, and we will provide you with the necessary freight details along with the return address.

Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund via the same payment method used when purchased. You will receive a full refund including shipping cost.

It’s human to change your mind and we are generally happy, subject to the paragraphs below, to accept returns if the product is in new/saleable condition and returned within 14 days of original shipping date.

You will need to fill in the return form on the website, and we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the product to us.

Once we receive your returned product we will issue a refund of the price paid less our postage charges (net sale price) via the same payment method used when purchased.

Receiving a refund or credit voucher

Once the return form has been received and approved (instructions sent to you), Gingerhouse will process any refund or credit voucher to which you are entitled within 5 working days. We will notify you with an email confirmation once this has occurred.
